Effective Treatment

Over the past 30 years, research has established the increased efficacy of proton therapy. Proton-based radiation treatment can be particularly beneficial for patients with certain types of cancer and some non-cancerous tumors. The ability of protons to deposit more energy directly in the tumor makes proton therapy ideal for patients whose tumors are near critical organs or structures.

The latest research continues to confirm that proton therapy can:

  • Significantly reduce the exposure of adjacent healthy tissues to radiation.
  • Minimize the chance of developing a secondary malignancy later in life.
  • Lead to high survival and cure rates.

This type of care is a game-changer for many cancers, including pediatric, brain, breast, head and neck, gastrointestinal, lymphoma, lung, ocular, prostate, sarcoma and spine.

Our Approach

Our approach when working with referring physicians is simple: Collaboration. We believe in delivering the best treatment for your patient, which may or may not include proton therapy. When proton therapy is recommended, you can be confident knowing your patient will receive exceptional care and be delivered back into your care.
